Employee of the Month is a series of 1,000 AI-generated portraits that examine the tension between individuality, conformity, and recognition in corporate culture. Portraits range from subtly expressive faces — blank stares, anger, disgust, or anonymity — to employees transformed into data visualizations, where charts, codes, and patterns overlay human features. 

The series also includes rejected applicants and absent employees, represented through artistic impressions, avatars, and abstract substitutions. Through grids, patterns, and deliberate disruptions, the work explores how identity is quantified, excluded, or rendered fragile, reflecting on the human condition in a world shaped by AI, algorithmic evaluation, and automated acknowledgment.
